ON-LINE CLASSES : A SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FROM FLOW ARTS YOGA
My dear fellow yogis, please excuse our delay for this announcement :
As all of you know for these past weeks the whole world has been dealing with this corona virus crisis. There are many reasons that this calamity has occurred but we think also that Mother Earth is wanting to reset herself. Of course this reset is painful for the human race and so we hope and pray that we can rid ourselves of this corona virus problem as soon as possible.
I think that everyone agrees that one of the best ways to protect our health and stay strong is to keep a strong immune system in your body and it is well known that a daily yoga practice is a great way to aid this.
We have received many requests from students who are "locked-down" abroad or who are currently trying to stay at home, practice social-distancing and not travel on crowded buses and trains etc. So, in order to help make your practice stable, strong and keep you healthy, your studio “Flow Arts” has organized special ONLINE YOGA LESSONS on “ZOOM”. We have been trying to organize this for a few weeks and we apologize for the delay.
We are happy that finally you can all practice anywhere and at any time online. We hope it will be convenient and comfortable for all of you and especially those yogis who are looking after their families as we think it is a good opportunity to practice together and help make the rest of your family healthy too.
You will also be able to join the regular (3rd Floor) Philosophy and Asana classes online as well. Yoga philosophy can be very helpful to keep your mind and spirit strong during difficult and challenging times.
HOW TO JOIN :
1/ Download the “ZOOM” application online
2/ Send an email or message to us at Flow Arts Yoga Studio. Please mention the title of the class you wish to join along with the time and date. We will send you a meeting ID number.
3/ Open the application, click JOIN and enter your ID number. After one second we will be able to see each other.
4/ Please understand that sometimes interruptions may occur due to weak internet strength.
If you have any problems or questions please contact us by e-mail / message
Please share your opinions and advice with us. If there are any technical problems please let us know after the practice so that we can improve the service.
You can rent a blanket, yoga props, belts and a yoga mat from our studio for a certain time if you need.
We think it is good to have prepared a mat, blanket, blocks, belt etc before the class (especially for Hatha yoga and beginner yoga classes).
Please mute your own mic. while practicing with the class.
Showing your practice place visually is a not requirement if you prefer not to, however audio is required so you can better follow the instruction.
Please notice that our regular IN-STUDIO classes schedule will also remain the same and continue as normal. We are very happy to announce that so far none of our students or their families have experienced any illness directly from this new virus.
We hope that now, wherever you are or whatever your situation, we can all practice together and stay healthy and safe. The meaning of YOGA is UNION and we believe that by joining together in practice and prayer we can become stronger and create more positive energy to cleanse the world and make it a better place.

My Dear Students and Fellow Yogis . It is very difficult for me to put into words my gratitude for the cooperation, dedication, energy, time, etc. that you have shown us. Honestly I cannot find the appropriate words in my mind dictionary.
I really want to thank you so much for accepting our request and joining Satsanga and puja. I hope you had a good time and puja with us.
Thanks as always for all your support, patience, humility and cooperation.
Please be kind to our flaws and our mistakes and feel free to give us good advise on how we can improve for the future.
